- PHOTO INFO: After ordering, please email a JPEG OR TIF files with minimum resolution of 1,400 x 1,500 (width x height) for main photo and 300 x 300 for smaller photo on back to ellen@bestfriendsstudios.com. We will convert your color photo into black and white if you choose that option. If have a photo that needs cropping, please let us know. (We may need a higher resolution photo if you want to zoom in on your pet's face.)
