Each pillow is designed and created by Mary Ann using 100% wool to create the details that give them their depth and dimension. Great care is taken to represent each client's beloved pet to resemble not only the way they look but also to capture elements of their personalities.
Once your order is received, Mary Ann will contact you by email to go over the details of your project. You will need to provide sharp, color photographs (preferably jpeg format by email or actual photos sent through the mail) of the horse(s) in poses you wish to consider for the pillow. You will have a chance to discuss your photographs with Mary Ann and decide what will work best for you when she contacts you. If further pictures are needed, you may email them to her at that time. Every effort will be made to create a pillow that you will be absolutely happy with, so staying in contact with you is very important to her. Once the appliquè is far enough along, Mary Ann will photograph it on several different colored backgrounds of your choosing and email the pictures to you for critiquing. At that time, you will have a chance to make any changes that you require and choose the final pillow colors.
