How do I contact Best Friends Studios?
The fastest way to get in touch with us is to send an email to ellen@bestfriendsstudios.com or give us a call at 314.799.1530. During normal business hours (Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm CST), we are usually able to respond within several hours.

What methods of payment do you accept?
Best Friends Studios accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. In addition, we now accept checks and money orders by mail. Please note that orders will not be processed until your check has cleared. If you need an item quickly, choose the credit card option for payment or checkout via PayPal.

How safe is my credit card information?
Best Friends Studios makes every effort to provide a safe and secure shopping experience for our customers. We use Paypal Pro Payments to handle all of our credit card payment processing; we encrypt information that goes to and from our webserver. Please see our Security Policy and Privacy Policy for details.

How fast will I get my order?
Since most of our products are custom or personalized, turnaround time will vary. Check our Turnaround Times page for the most accurate estimates. We always email you a shipping confirmation with tracking info so that you can check the status of your shipment. See our Shipping Section for more information.

I don't see my dog's breed listed…can I request a breed?
If you don't see the breed you are looking for in our Dog Silhouette section, you can either order a Custom Silhouette or request a breed at ellen@bestfriendsstudios.com. We are always happy to take requests for dog breeds, though it may be several weeks before we are able to create a new silhouette for our collection. Custom Silhouettes receive high priority and are available for your use on our products exclusively.

Help...I'm having trouble personalizing my stationery!
With so many options to choose from, personalizing our dog silhouette stationery can sometimes be confusing! For a quick primer on our customization process, check our How To Order page. If you are still having problems, please contact Ellen directly at ellen@bestfriendsstudios.com.

Can I see how my name will look in a typeface before I make a choice?
Try our Font Previewer…it's a fun tool that allows you to see how names and letters look in all of our Available Fonts.

How do you package your stationery?
Ready for gift-giving, most of our stationery items are packaged in clear Nature Flex Cello bags and finished with a coordinating bow. These compostable, biodegradable bags are made from wood cellulose fibers sourced with sustainable forestry principles.

What if my order has been damaged during shipment?
If your order has been damaged during transit, please contact us at sales@bestfriendsstudios.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. See our Return Policy for more information.

Can I ship my order as a gift?
Of course! We will happily gift wrap your item and ship it anywhere you request. Please choose the gift wrap option at checkout. Due to customs regulations, items shipped outside the U.S. cannot be gift wrapped.

Do you charge sales tax?
All Missouri residents will be charged the state tax rate of 8.6130%. Everywhere else is sales tax free!

Do you have a mailing list?
Yes, and we’d love to have you on it! Our list is for communicating purposes only. As we unveil new products and designs or run special promotions, we’d love to let you know about them via our email newsletter. We value your privacy and will never sell or give your email address to an outside company.
