Request Shipping Estimate
Because shipping costs vary widely from country to country, we ask that our customers contact us for a shipping estimate prior to ordering. To receive an accurate shipping estimate, please send your complete shipping address, the product number and the quantity of the item you are interested in purchasing via our Contact Form.

Options for Shipping
We offer only the United States Postal Service (USPS) for international shipping. 

• For in-stock items, orders typically are processed the next business day.
• Orders for USPS delivery are subject to a 2-3 day delay in processing.
• If you select USPS Air Parcel Post, please be advised that you will not be able to track your order and are therefore responsible for any lost shipment and forfeit any claim for a refund.

Custom and Duty Charges
These charges are not known to Best Friends Studios and are not included in the shipping costs. All custom and duty charges are the responsibility of the buyer at the time of arrival to its destination.

Delivery Time
Unfortunately, next day service is not available for international shipments. We cannot guarantee delivery time.
