Shipping Options
We ship most orders in the Continental U.S. via USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes 2-3 business days for most locations.  Most personalized stationery items typically ship within four business days. See our TURNAROUND TIMES page for a current time estimate. In-stock items requiring no personalization are typically shipped within two business days. All items must be shipped to a physical address, not to a P.O. box.

• Tracking: All items shipped within the Continental U.S., include tracking or delivery confirmation. If you do not receive an email tracking number, please contact us at sales@bestfriendsstudios.com.
• Surcharges: Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and certain rural or hard-to-reach geographic areas may be subject to an additional delivery surcharge.

Express Shipping
Need your order in a hurry? Please choose the Express Shipping option at checkout. This money-back guaranteed overnight to two-day service includes tracking, proof of delivery, and insurance up to $100.

International Shipping
Though we are located in the United States, Best Friends Studios ships all over the world. Please check our International Shipping page for more details.

Sales Tax
Missouri residents will be charged the state tax rate of 8.425%. Everywhere else is sales tax free!

Backordered or Out-of-Stock Items
During busy times, popular items may appear on our site as “out of stock,” with an option to backorder it. Once you have ordered an out-of-stock item, you will receive an email notification with a time estimate. Because most of our items are handmade, the typical wait is between 5-10 business days, depending on order volume. You may also contact ellen@bestfriendsstudios.com before ordering the item for a time estimate.
