We want you to be happy with the products you buy from Best Friends Studios. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it for a full refund (less shipping charges). Simply email [email protected] within 10 days of receiving your item to obtain a Return Authorization Number and complete instructions for sending the item back to Best Friends Studios. Include your full name, order number, email or phone number where we can contact you and reason for return. NOTE: Most personalized/custom items cannot be returned (see below).
  • We cannot process returns or exchanges without a Return Authorization Number.
  • In order to receive credit for the full amount of the item, it must be received by Best Friends Studios in its original packaging with no signs of wear (dog hair, smoke odors, etc) and in sellable condition.
  • Your refund will be applied to the card used to pay for the order; please allow up to 14 days for the credit to appear on your account.

PERSONALIZED/CUSTOM ITEMS: Sorry, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom/personalized items, unless there is an error on our part. We will communicate with you during the creation of your product to ensure that you are happy with the end result.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If your order has been damaged during transit, please contact us at [email protected] within 5 days of receiving your package.
